Something like, a new business on the morning of it's opening. A first home. The familiar view out the window of your own garden in summer. Capturing the exact location of a proposal at golden hour.
In these illustrations, I aim to capture a place, time of day, angle... highlighting as many unique qualities that are loved in a memory as I can cram into one painting or drawing.
With photos, visits to the site, studies of the effect of weather - whatever means possible, I use to turn your perception into something you can see, share and gift.
